Kenya wildlife safari 12 Days

A 12-day safari Kenya wildlife safari will visit areas like the Samburu game reserve, the Masai Mara National Reserve, the Tsavo West National Park, and Diani Beach.

On your 12-day Kenya wildlife safari through Kenya’s wildlife, you’ll participate in a variety of activities, including morning and evening game drives. Additionally, take in the beach atmosphere at Diani Beach, where you can go swimming, snorkelling, and sunbathing in the Indian Ocean.

You’ll be on the lookout for a variety of animals on your safari, including elephants, lions, leopards, antelopes, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, impalas, kudus, gazelles, and waterbucks, among others. During your 12-day safari in Kenya, you’ll also enjoy seeing several bird species, such as flamingos at Lake Nakuru.
Your 12-day Kenya wildlife safari will begin in Nairobi and conclude with a drop-off in Diani.

Kenya Safaris

Day 1; pick up and drive to Samburu reserve

When you arrive in Nairobi, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and welcome you to your safari. Your adventure will begin at the Samburu National Reserve, where you can spot animals like giraffes, zebras, and antelopes among others.

Later in the afternoon, you will go on a game drive through the Samburu wildlife reserve. You will then eat dinner and spend the night at the Sentrim Samburu lodge.

Day 2; Samburu game drives

The Samburu game reserve will be your destination for a morning game drive during which you will indulge in wildlife viewing and keep an eye out for animals including elephants, kudus, leopards, dik diks, impalas, waterbucks, and gazelles, among others. Following your morning game drive, you will eat lunch.

You will take part in another game drive through the Samburu game reserve following lunch as you look for other wildlife species. You will spend the night at Sentrim Samburu Lodge and have dinner there.

Day 3; drive to Lake Naivasha

After eating breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Lake Naivasha with lunch en route. You will proceed to your lodge to complete the Great Rift Valley lodge and golf resort check-in.

Day 4; drive to Masai Mara national reserve

As you get ready to drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, you will eat breakfast at your lodge. You will have lunch in the Masai Mara national reserve, which is home to the “big 5,” including elephants, lions, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, and leopards, as well as many other wildlife species, after checking in at your lodge. The wildebeest migration is another notable feature of the reserve.

In the Masai Mara national reserve, you will also take part in an evening game drive where you will search for numerous wildlife species like lions, elephants, buffalos, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests, and many others. You will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at AA Mara resort following the wildlife drive.

Day 5; morning and afternoon game drives

You will enjoy a full day of wildlife drives across Masai Mara National Reserve after a leisurely breakfast at your lodge. You will take part in morning and afternoon game drives around the destination as part of your safari, looking for wildlife like zebras, antelopes, buffalo, wildebeests, giraffes, topis, impalas, hyenas, lions, and leopards.

After lunch in the Masai Mara national reserve’s remoteness, you’ll go on a game drive in the late afternoon to see the wildlife in the savannah plains. After an evening game drive with your guide, you’ll head to your lodge for dinner and the rest of the night at AA Mara resort.

Day 6; drive to Lake Nakuru national park

You will be transported to Lake Nakuru national park after breakfast at your lodge, where you will check in and eat lunch.

After lunch, you proceed on a game drive through the Lake Nakuru national park in search of various wildlife species, including pink flamingos on the lake’s banks, rhinos, buffalos, zebras, elands, lions, and waterbucks. After this adventure, you will return to your lodge to get ready for supper and your overnight stay at Zziwa Bush Lodge.

Day 7; Drive to Nairobi

As you get ready to travel to Nairobi, where you will check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing, your lodge will serve you breakfast. You can take an OPTIONAL city tour of Nairobi that includes a stop at the giraffe center.

Le Maison Royale hotel will be where you have dinner and spend the night.

Day 8; transfer to Tsavo west national park

In the morning, breakfast will be served at your hotel before you leave for Tsavo West National Park. The man-eating lions that frequent this national park can be observed hunting and exploring for prey in great numbers.

You will enjoy a nighttime game viewing experience in the national park’s wilderness later in the day as you search for wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, elands, kudus, rhinos, buffalos, and hartebeest among other species. The same as the previous night, dinner and overnight will be at Man Eaters Lodge.

Day 9; full day in Tsavo west national park

Day 10; transfer to Diani beach

After having breakfast and checking out of your lodge, you will start your drive to Diani beach where you will enjoy seeing white sands and the beautiful coastline. You will continue to your hotel where you will check-in. Dinner and overnight at Chale island.

Day 11; Diani beach

You may unwind for the entire day at Diani Beach. Following your morning game, you will eat lunch. As you get ready for your full-day game viewing trip across the national park, you will eat an early breakfast at your lodge in Tsavo West. A morning gae drive will be conducted around Tsavo West National Park. Following lunch, you go on a game drive in the late afternoon, keeping an eye out for animals including impalas, hippos, rhinos, elands, gazelles, zebras, buffalos, and kudus, among others. where you may enjoy swimming, snorkeling, mangrove experiences, and stunning views of the Indian Ocean in addition to sunbathing. Dinner and a night of rest on Chale Island.

Day 12; end of the tour

Your safari comes to an end when you are driven to the airport after breakfast and checking out of your accommodation.
